In brief
Concor is a diversified construction, infrastructure, and service construction company with an extensive footprint in southern Africa.
We were asked to develop a new identity for an established business with a heritage of over a century.

What we did
In consultation with the client:
We considered all the information gathered—through workshops and staff interviews—and embarked on a strategy. We developed a distinct logo and visual identity system that communicates Concor’s brand and value proposition in an engaging way across eight business divisions. Subsequently, the business has adjusted its operating model from eight divisions to two platforms. The magic is that the system with which we built the brand was robust enough to seamlessly accommodate this change in their business structure, without incurring the cost of reworking the elements.
With the development of the corporate identity successfully completed, we were called upon to execute a variety of projects requiring our expertise in concept generation, branding and design, and internal campaigns.
The look and feel guide that we developed was given to a team of interior designers to fit their offices according to the brand identity.

An ever-evolving brand that is recognisable. A respected player in the construction and mining services sectors now has a strong corporate and visual identity that carries their brand positioning, heritage, and aspirations.
